RDC Mexico values the privacy of everyone who visits this website and protects the information we receive.
1. Information we receive
To join the RDC Mexico Initiative, we request the organization’s name, website and logo. The current form does not request an email address.
The name, website and logo are published in the participating organizations directory. The browser converts the logo to AVIF or WebP, capped at 512 px and 150 KB; the original file and metadata are not sent.
To limit abuse, we create only a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. We do not store the original IP address. Records submitted through an earlier form version may include a private email address; it is never published and can be deleted on request. This website does not use advertising or first-party behavioral analytics cookies.
2. How information is used
We use the name, website and logo to display participation publicly and link to the organization’s official website. We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection regarding personal data you have provided. You may also ask us to correct or remove a commitment and its logo from the public directory.
5. Security and retention
Participation records are stored in a database and optimized logos in protected object storage. Origin checks, rate limits and a lightweight computational proof reduce spam without a third-party captcha or tracking.
We retain participation data while the organization remains listed or until removal is requested, subject to applicable obligations. By submitting, the person confirms authorization to publish the organization’s name, website and logo.
